At Pink Magnolia Boutique, we want you to absolutely LOVE your purchase! If something doesn't work out, we're happy to help with a return for store credit. Please review our return policy below.
Returns & Store Credit
All eligible returns are issued as store credit only and must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. Proof of purchase is required.
If you need a different size and the item is still available, we are happy to process an exchange. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Intimate apparel (including biker shorts, bralettes, bramis, seamless items, and swimwear)
- Cosmetics and beauty products
- Drinkware
- Graphic tees and sweatshirts
- Hats
- Home décor and home fragrance products
- Aromatherapy products
- Earrings
- Sunglasses
- Any item marked as Final Sale
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, smoke, or damage
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging when applicable
Any item showing signs of wear or use will not qualify for a return and will be sent back to the customer.
Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you believe you have received a defective item, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
Email clear photos of the defect along with your order number to admin@pinkmagnoliaboutiquenc.com. Once the item is reviewed and confirmed to be defective, we will provide store credit and reimburse any applicable return shipping costs.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has been confirmed as defective.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Excessive Returns
To help us continue offering quality products at affordable prices, accounts with a return rate exceeding 50% of purchases may be subject to a 10% restocking fee on all eligible returns.
